From the brewers: We are planning on releasing two new beers at this event. We also will be BBQ’ing, hopefully, a whole pig which is fed by our spent grain by a local farmer here in town. There will also be live music and a DJ closing the party in the later hours.

Deschutes is thrilled to throw a week-long party in one of the best beer towns in the country-Seattle, WA! The extravaganza will be anchored by many exciting events, including those listed below, and surrounded by a sumptuous schedule of beer dinners and tastings filling out the week. Woody, our giant wooden beer barrel and mobile bar, will be rolling around town, pouring beers for the thirsty masses at the Cyclocross races.

WHAT: Billed as the “Ultimate Urban Adventure Race” for its uncanny ability to combine pure athleticism with thought-provoking strategy. Teams run-bike-paddle-climb and perform other crazy athletic stuff to race around the city, answering clues and completing tasks.
